Dependable everyday purpose
Protection and adhesion remain the first job—not an afterthought.
Reinforced furniture protection
Feltease combines dense protective felt with an internal reinforcement mesh that helps the adhesive backing remain together during replacement.

The category tension
Furniture felt pads have two jobs at two different moments. They must resist everyday movement, then lift without the felt and adhesive separating into a cleanup problem.
Adhesion, edge stability and floor protection come first.
Layer integrity determines how much scraping and cleaning follows.
Clean-removal technology
Feltease places a fine reinforcement mesh between two adhesive layers. The mesh acts as an internal carrier, helping the backing lift more coherently when the used pad is replaced.
Soft contact layer for floor protection and quieter movement.
Bonds the felt to the internal reinforcement.
Provides continuity inside the adhesive construction.
Creates the working bond to the furniture surface.
Protects the adhesive before application.

The magnified detail shows the adhesive and reinforcement working as one structure. This visual explains the design principle; surface-specific performance should still be confirmed through buyer evaluation.

Protection and adhesion remain the first job—not an afterthought.
The reinforcement helps the felt and adhesive backing behave as a system.
A benefit customers can understand when the product reaches end of service.
Move beyond competing only on piece count, thickness and price.
Product formats
Final specifications, packaging and substrate compatibility are confirmed during sampling.
A familiar format for chair, stool and table legs.
Clean coverage for furniture legs, cabinets and bases.
Flexible formats for mixed furniture and maintenance ranges.
Shape development for private-label and category programs.
Performance before claims
Feltease should be evaluated against the pad a buyer already trusts, on the surfaces and under the conditions relevant to the intended market.

OEM & wholesale
Start with the commercial format, target surface and performance standard. We can then align samples, specification review and packaging development.
Shapes, dimensions, felt construction, colors and pack architecture.
Side-by-side comparison using the buyer's surfaces and benchmark product.
Volume, MOQ, lead time and packaging confirmed against the final specification.

Buyer questions
No. The mesh sits inside the adhesive construction. Its purpose is to help the backing remain more integrated during use and replacement—not to turn the product into a low-tack pad.
Surface finish, age, pressure, temperature and service time all affect removal. We describe Feltease as a clean-removal design and recommend buyer testing on the intended furniture substrates before making market-specific claims.
A practical comparison program normally includes sealed wood, painted wood, metal and representative plastics. Raw, dusty, textured or recently coated surfaces should be assessed separately.
Feltease is being developed for brand, importer, distributor and retail programs. Sizes, shapes, colors, thicknesses and packaging can be reviewed against project volume and performance requirements.
Compare initial adhesion, edge lifting, movement cycles, felt compression, layer integrity, residue area and cleaning time under the same surface and environmental conditions.
Sample & RFQ
Share the format you sell, the surfaces it protects and the benchmark you want to compare. We will use that brief to define a relevant sample and test scope.
